# 10-day holiday: Feb. 6 to Feb. 15
# Customer service is on duty: Feb. 6 to Feb. 15
# Do NOT fulfill orders for 4 days: Feb. 9 to Feb. 12
# Partial staff members on watch for shipping: Feb. 13 to Feb. 15
